The Cheerkeller is in in the city centre, right in the heart of Liverpool ONE. You’ll find us in the Beer Hall, upstairs in the perfect room for comedy.

ACCESSIBILITY: This venue is only accessible via stairs, and there is no lift access to the event space
PARKING: There is limited on‑street parking nearby, but we always recommend arriving early to find a good space.

Use One‑click checkout, when you’re ready, and head to the checkout.
Shopify fills in as much as it can automatically, you just need to pop in the essentials, all we need is your name, email and payment details.
Your tickets will arrive instantly, straight to your inbox.
Each ticket has a secure, one‑of‑a‑kind QR code. So you get guaranteed entry, fuss‑free.
Just show your ticket on your phone (or print it if you like).
The Liverpool Comedy team greeting you scans the QR code using our check‑in app. It’s quick, smooth, and you’re straight to your seat, or getting the drinks in!
We’d highly recommend it! Our shows often sell out, and nothing ruins a night than being turned away at the door. Book ahead and arrive happy — no disappointment, just great comedy.
You can book your tickets using a variety of payment methods via our website (see above).
If a show isn’t sold out, we may have a handful of walk‑in tickets available on the door. But these are first come, first served, and we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed. Always best to book in advance, or get there early.
We welcome singles, couples and large groups, the more the merrier.
Of course! We know plans change and comedy nights are even better when more friends join in.
You can add extra tickets right up to the day of the show. Just pop a note on your booking so that we seat you together or email info@liverpoolcomedy.com or feel free to contact us via the chat feature and we’ll sort it for you.
Again plans can change, if you wish to change the date of your booking and we have availability we will be more than happy to help. Please note this won't be possible on the date of the show.

All ticket sales are non‑refundable, just like most live comedy events. Once tickets are purchased, we cannot offer money back.
Can’t Make It? We’ve got options:
If you can no longer attend, we’re happy to help where we can:
Transfer to another show:
If seats are available, we’ll move your booking to a different date.
Switch the names on the tickets:
If someone else is coming in your place, just let us know and we’ll update the booking free of charge.
Sell or gift your ticket:
You’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else — each ticket has its own unique QR code, so it’s easy.
If We Cancel or Postpone
If a show is rescheduled, you’ll be offered:
- A transfer to the new date, or
- Credit towards a future show
Whatever works best for you.
Of course if a show is cancelled we will offer a full refund.
Late Arrivals / No‑Shows
If you miss the show or arrive after the advertised start time, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges, but we’ll always do our best to get you seated without disturbing the performers.
